I warmly invite you to an engaging afternoon dedicated to exploring the Metal element in Chinese Medicine.
We'll delve into how this element connects with the Lungs and the Large Intestine, highlighting its vital role in helping us release, create space, and remain resilient as autumn arrives.
Often, we notice the imbalance of Metal through simple signals like coughs, sore throats, lingering colds and flu, dry skin, constipation, or even feelings of grief and sadness that weigh us down. For some, it might also show up asasthma flare-ups or decreased lung energy.
During our time together, I'll share how Chinese Medicine understands these issues.
I will share with you:
- Supportive Chinese herbs for the Lungs
- Essential acupuncture points to boost your energy
- And some simple examples of herbal teas you can prepare yourself, using everyday herbs, to nourish and protect the Lungs through the colder months.
