We'll start with a simple cleansing meditation, followed by connecting to Unique high-frequency Rays (Divine Rays) for healing and personal support, and end with a Light Prayer Meditation through Sound with the help of Kalimba - the instrument that has been used in circles and ceremonies for 1000s of years.

I invite you to journal whatever images, senses, feelings, and thoughts came up during the event so you have the opportunity to consciously acknowledge, make connections, and give grace to whatever needs to be (and will be) healed, embraced, or transmuted.
