About this Event
The speaker is a philosopher (also a generalist in mathematician, a computer scientist and multiple disciplines) from China, sharing you with the essence of Zen (禅) and Taoism in simple English without any specialized and esoteric terms. It is actually about nature of mind, the essence of living, the art of living in simplicity.
The session is to help participants independently investigate the mind, understand how mind works, get the clarity about everything.

What is the Zoom session like?
① The speaker guides the audience to meditate and explore the truth of the mind.
② Attendees don’t need to speak or even turn on the webcam, if they are very shy. Feel free and at home.
③ What attendees really need to do is just listen, not listen to their own thoughts, but listen attentively to the speaker while emptying and examining the mind. The very doing so is meditation.
