Course: Online Mental Health First Aid

The MHFA Online program delivers to individuals the tools they need to recognise the symptoms of mental ill health, provide initial help, guide a person towards appropriate professional help, and be mindful of their own wellbeing. This course qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider, giving you:

• Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening
