Frequently asked questions

What if I can’t make it to one of the zoom sessions?

We hope people can commmit for the duration of the series to get the full benefits, but all resources will be shared if you miss a session and you're still welcome to join as many as time allows.

Do I need a camera or any special equipment for the course?

For mindful photography any camera phone or camera will do and for journaling we ask participants to bring a notebook or just pen and paper.

Can I join if I’m completely new to mindfulness, journaling or photography?

Yes! This course is designed for beginners and those with more experience. The focus is on the process, not perfection.

I've never heard of Padlet, how do I access it?

After signing up, you’ll receive instructions on how to access and use Padlet and we will also go through all the steps together in our first session.

Organized by

A two hour session to connect with nature and explore your creativity. Experience includes elements of forest bathing, mindful photography and journaling and finishes with a calming cup of herbal tea and a delicious homemade snack. At Fettle Fields we believe that nature has the power to inspire, and even heal… In a world filled with noise, the ability to quiet the mind becomes a superpower.
