Who is this programme for?
Our Mindful Pause sessions are ideally for those who are wishing to...
- reduce stress and increase inner calm - especially if they feel they are too busy!
- reignite their creative spark or explore different creative approaches.
- deepen their connection to nature in a mindful way.
- learn more about mindfulness in an accessible way.
Who might not benefit from the programme?
- People looking for a purely intellectual or theoretical course (our sessions are practice-based).
- Those who prefer high-intensity or action-oriented formats (this is a slower-paced, reflective experience).
Frequently asked questions
We hope people can commmit for the duration of the series to get the full benefits, but all resources will be shared if you miss a session and you're still welcome to join as many as time allows.
For mindful photography any camera phone or camera will do and for journaling we ask participants to bring a notebook or just pen and paper.
Yes! This course is designed for beginners and those with more experience. The focus is on the process, not perfection.
After signing up, you’ll receive instructions on how to access and use Padlet and we will also go through all the steps together in our first session.
