The course will teach mindful techniques that can help you manage your mental and emotional well being, where you will learn to feel more in control of your mind and your feelings.

Mindfulness also, helps us find the time to manage all the daily responsibilities in our life with patience, calmness and focus. This will create a happier sense of well being which enables us to focus on our self more without feeling guilty.

Lorraine brings her own experiences into the teachings each week to help implement mindfulness, easily into your daily life.

WHO IS THIS COURSE SUITABLE FOR?

This course is suitable for absolute beginners who have no or very little mindfulness and meditation experience or those wishing to refresh their practice. This course is aged 18+
