About this event

    The class will consist of a guided meditation practice and the opportunity to connect with other like-minded mindfulness individuals from the comfort of your own home.

    For those that are new to mindfulness, we recommend attending an eight-week course, such as the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) or Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), or one of our introductory sessions before joining this meditation.
