Join us for 45 minutes of gentle check-in, guided mindfulness meditation and reflections. Hosted by meditation teacher, Sam Pope.

About this event

Evening meditations are drop-in, online and every Tuesday (except new moon week). I'll guide you through some simple, mindfulness meditations with relaxation and calm in mind. Everything we practice can be turned into a daily mindfulness exercise to promote well-being, positivity and calm in your day to day life.

New Moon week in June is Wednesday 29th June ---->> On the date closest to the new moon there will be a guided visualisation to help release creative blocks and usher in the new moon cycle.

Whether you are a beginner or you have meditated before, come and join our friendly group!

This group is run during term times. I am a psychosynthesis life coach and meditation teacher. I've been hosting mindfulness meditation circles for six years for local people and businesses.
