Online Mindfulness Sessions

Mindfulness is a wonderful practice that allows for time to just be in that moment 'the present moment' and taking some time out of your day for yourself, either beginning your day with a sense of calm before the day begins or the end of day allowing for a slow wind down before bed.

I'm here to bring a 'Mindful Approach' to life, through mindfulness, gratitude, kindness and compassion. To support you to lead a life less stressed and one that's mindful, loving and giving you some much needed 'me time'.

Mindfulness Sessions

Each session will be 30 minutes

Each session will be online via zoom (you will receive the link once purchased)

Each session will have a short introduction

Each session will have a themed meditation e.g. the five senses

Please Note

Wear loose and comfortable clothing

Allow yourself to be somewhere quiet were you will not be disturbed /distracted
