Online Morning Meditation | Daily Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Event Information
About this Event
Join our morning meditation community via Zoom as Nat guides us through a 30 minute practice designed to soothe, reflect, cultivate awareness and connect. We meet online at 7am each day and you can have your camera on or off. We're a friendly bunch and usually share waves and 'good mornings' on-screen. We'd love to welcome you!
The meditations explore a range of styles, connecting us to breath, sound, intention, open monitoring and exploring guided visualisations. We explore some of the basics each time. All are welcome.

Benefits of Meditation
Building a habit is one of the 'hardest' things about meditation. We're making it easy with free, live, guided meditations each weekday morning.
Like exercise, the benefits of meditation really accumulate when done regularly. Regular meditation soothes the nervous system and cultivates a deep inner sense of balance and resiliency.
PS - Breathwork Mondays!
We run weekly breathwork classes every Monday Lunchtime. Check out our event listing here: https://online-soothing-breathwork-class.eventbrite.co.uk

As We Live & Breathe; an eco-wellbeing platform and boutique virtual studio. We curate only the most soulful, lovingly-delivered practices to celebrate and enhance conscious living through breath, movement, sound and our connection to nature.
Through daily yoga, meditation, qi gong, breathwork, nidra, sound baths, moon ceremonies, eco talks and more we aim to support self-care and planet care.
All classes are specifically delivered for live-stream and lovingly guided by our experienced practitioners. Expect small class sizes, real support and progression in your practice and a sense of community as we exchange waves and good mornings on-screen.
