Movement and Mindfulness with Mary brings together gentle yoga, mindfulness, and simple breathing techniques to support your wellbeing.
These sessions take place online via Microsoft Teams once a month.
To help everyone feel comfortable, only the instructor’s camera will be on during the session. You’ll be able to take part in privacy, while still having access to the chat function if you’d like to connect or ask questions.
These sessions are available for people living or working in Derbyshire. We kindly ask that anyone registering from outside the area (including outside the UK) does not sign up, as links can only be issued to local attendees.
After booking, you’ll receive a Teams link to join the session.
