An invitation to explore resourcing felt senses, the organs, breath, movement, connection and relationship with the ground, space, nature and its cycles.
This approach to the body, self, movement and moving comes from Satya’s ongoing healing journey of recovering vitality, soothing her nervous system, fostering wellness, and developing her own movement energy medicine for her body and mind.
The workshop is an invitation to cultivate your own movement energy medicine for wellness and creativity, in solo and within community. Explore whatever resourcing sensations/felt senses emerge within you and weave those into your own spontaneous and natural movement score!
This event is for people (18+) identifying as mixed race, bi-racial, multi-racial only.
