You will receive information about your booking with an online link to join the video call before your booked timeslot. Please send in your Time Credits via Freepost. Please write FREEPOST TEMPO TIME CREDITS on the envelope and put inside the required number of Time Credits alongside a note clearly stating your name, the date and time of the booking as well as 'Online Video Calls with Santa- Time Credits Cambridgeshire'. Cost of video call: 2 Time Credits/booking for 1 child, 3 Time Credits/booking for 2 children or more in same household. Tempo Time Credits in Cambridgeshire are bringing a reimagined timeless tradition to your own home. Your child can have a live video chat with Santa and find out if they've made the nice list this year, all from the comfort and safety of your own home. Calls will be personalised based on information you provide on your booking form.
Duration of live chat with Santa 5-10 mins (depending on number of children in your home)
Booking information:
A live video chat with Santa for 1 child costs 2 Time Credits, for 2 or more children in the same household costs 3 Time Credits. Please indicate how many children will take the call from Santa on your booking form.
The experience can be personalized. You can share information on the booking form so Santa has some context such as name, age, Christmas wish list and a funny moment which happened this year.
Once you've completed the booking form please send your Time Credits using an envelope and write TEMPO TIME CREDITS FREEPOST on the front of the letter. Include the correct number of Time Credits inside alongside a note with your name, booking date and time as well as Cambridgeshire Time Credits - Online chat with Santa.
On the big day:
You'll receive a check-in link before your appointment. On the day of your meeting, log in using the details provided in the confirmation e-mail. We recommend that you enter the virtual waiting room 5 minutes in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly!
Presents will NOT be provided as part of this offer. Santa will just say that the presents will be delivered with Rudolf's and the Elves' help in time for Christmas.
