Online Pop-Up CAMHS offers you direct contact for 40mins to approachable mental health clinicians (Psychologists and Systemic Psychotherapists) from Newham CAMHS, who are online and ready to meet you to answer any questions you may have about meeting a young persons emotional and behavioural needs. You can be a parent/carer or a young person who attends.
Feel free to sign up for a slot to receive support, help, and consultation about any mental health queries. Families and young people will be seen virtually during their timeslot. Before your session, you will be sent a link for a free video call with a clinician the day before your appointment and where possible again approx an hour before your booked appointment.
*Please do only book one slot, to enable other families to also be seen. Any duplicate bookings will be cancelled.
You can register on Eventbrite for any of the available 40 minute time slots between 12 and 2.40pm. Please note it is the TIME listed on the TICKET you click on that will be your slot time, not the clinic start time: which is the same for all tickets- apologies: quirk of Eventbrite. This service is for families and young people who are not currently getting a service from Newham CAMHS.
**Should you not attend on the day you selected on Eventbrite, you are welcome to attend on another date. CAMHS clinicians will not be contacting you directly if you do not attend.**
You will need to provide you GP's address to access this service: the clinician that meets you will request this information from you.
