About this event
During this 4-week pregnancy relaxation course, we focus on a different pregnancy related topic each week and practice a breathing technique to prepare you for birth. Each session also ends with a guided meditation, so feel free to close your eyes and just drift off.
Sessions will run for approx 45mins minutes and will be held via Zoom.
Sessions are suitable for any stage of pregnancy and for whichever type of birth you are planning.
Create yourself a little space filled with candles, blankets and cosy up with a hot drink.
Week 1: Relaxation & Sleep in Pregnancy
Week 2: Fear in Pregnancy and Birth
Week 3: Preparing for Birth and the postnatal period
Week 4: Oxytocin for Birth
Sessions will be recorded, so if you miss a session just catch up at a time that suits you.
