How to manage difficult conversations: How to rationalise conflicts; use objective language. Proposing specific, practical corrective action. The importance of praise and appreciation.

Time management: How to get the most done in the minimum time. Prioritisation, organisation and delegation. Distinguish between busy and productive.

Distractions: How to deal with time wasters, distractions and interruptions.

Self-emotional management: We are affected by our feelings, so you will learn how to better manage your own emotions and how to feel more optimistic, motivated and confident.
