UPDATED SERIES FOR 2025!

Are you a professional, practitioner or volunteer who works with young people and families?

Join one of our adapted and shorter online conflict resolution series sessions. 'The Cranial Cocktail - Mind and Body' introduces the SCCR psychoeducational information resource- Cranial Cocktail. The resource illustrates the mind body connection between neurochemicals and emotional states, providing a key support resource in emotional regulation.

Following the session, you will be able to:

  1. Recognise the connection between the feelings in our bodies and brains
  2. Understand the importance of the brain and body connection
  3. Understand the effects of neuro chemicals on our mental and physical health
  4. Learning awareness of our emotional states through our awareness of our physical feelings

Once you sign up you will recieve a pre-event email a couple of days prior to the event with all the information and joining instructions you will need.

The session will be delivered on the online platform Zoom, by the SCCR trainer. If you book on to the session you will be sent the details on how to join nearer the time to the event when bookings have closed and a full PDF document with all the information you need to know will be emailed to you. This session is at an introductory level and no prior knowledge of the subject is required.

Please note Zoom offers video capability so you can join with your webcam on, but this is entirely up to you and this option can be turned off. However we would love to see your faces and feel it is a more interactive experience with videos on.
