Join our online Q&A session and have your questions answered about MindSpark's Accredited Executive Function Coach Training.

Our Director, Belinda Edington, will provide an overview of the coach training programme and our coaching model, as well as sharing impact stories.

Our coach training programme is suitable for educators, youth workers, and coaches, working with children, young people and neurodivergent adults. It will equip you with practical, evidence-informed tools to strengthen self-regulation and support lasting behaviour change.

Each session covers theory, professional skills and coaching skills. The course has been developed to be interactive, including group reflections, discussions, workshops and coaching practice.


Course format & time commitment

Module 1: Core EF Coaching Skills (6 weeks) Includes live training, peer coaching, and self-study. Time commitment: ~6 hours per week

Module 2: Applying EF Coaching in Practice (7 weeks) Focuses on coaching practice, reflection, and feedback. Time commitment: ~2–3 hours per week
