Write & Shine and Pen to Print with the London Library invite you to a morning writing workshop on the theme of ‘Beginnings’.
Led by writer Gemma Seltzer, you’ll take part in creative exercises designed to prompt new poems, stories and life writing. You’ll be inspired by first lines and opening scenes, fresh starts and beginning again, drawing on the London Library’s literary heritage and your own personal histories.
This workshop takes place in the early morning light, as it’s the best time to think, dream and imagine! You won’t be expected to share your writing, which offers great freedom and encourages all kinds of fascinating ideas to emerge.
Bring a pen and notebook, then join anytime from 8.45am, for a 9am prompt start.
Whether you write regularly, are returning to writing, or just starting out, this special low-cost event is designed to welcome all—especially those who might not otherwise be able to attend a writing workshop.
