Video conferencing: This course will be delivered virtually online via ZOOM and led in real-time. Running 13th October 2025, 1.30pm-4pm.
Understanding the needs of residents with a complex range of problems requires a different kind of conversation. Working with nearly two hundred front-line experts from the public and voluntary sector in Newham during the pandemic, we co-created 5 principles for great Relational Conversations.
