About this Event
A 6 week on line Prenatal Yoga course where you can learn to feel comfortable and calm throughout your pregnancy, and prepare for the birth of your baby. A place where you can have regular "me' time and relax. All from the comfort of your own home .
This gentle, nurturing Yoga class includes postures, movements and breathing techniques for you to use during your pregnancy and the birth of your child. The class will finish with a long and restorative, relaxation leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

You will need. -
A Yoga mat
A blanket
2 blocks, cushions or thick books

Other information -
Wear Loose, or stretchy comfortable clothing and a warm layer for relaxation.
Avoid eating a large meal 2 hours before class, but please do snack if you are hungry before class.

Booking info-
Course will run weekly from 7th september to 12th October.
Attendees receive a Zoom link to the online event page when they complete registration. They also receive reminders 48 hours, 2 hours, and 10 minutes before the course starts, then a weekly reminder on the morning of the courses scheduled class.
