This month, Rachel is delighted to welcome David Howard to speak on buying and selling businesses, the pitfalls, tips and providing general information.

David is a locally based Business Brokers and M&A advisor. He works with Business Owners to advise on the use of Mergers and Acquisition as a strategy to find incremental growth, and also when circumstances change he helps business owners to plan their exit, generally via means of a sale of the business.

Having spent 20 + yrs working for a US corporate in World Wide Sales Marketing and for a UK AIM listed company, David set up Mannering Styles in 2011 as his own consulting company. Since then he has worked with business owners of all types shapes and forms.
