If you struggle with eating a healthy, balanced diet, then this talk will help you to gain insight into how personality is a key influencer when it comes to health behaviours and eating habits, and learn how to address those aspects of our personality which might positively or negatively influence how we operate on a day to day basis- including our eating habits.
