Do I need to have tapped before?

Not at all, I will guide you through everything you need to know. We are very relaxed and informal.

Do I need to prep / bring anything?

No, but we ask you to book to keep a small and supportive group.

How will the session be structured?

I will lead a short guided relaxation, a refresher of the tapping points and we will tap together as a group. I will also often invite people to work 1:1 with the issue they have brought if they would like to, this is always someone who volunteers, I won't pick on anyone!
