The Power of Purpose for Leaders (CPD Accredited)

Join us to explore how to mindfully revolutionise your:

 This is a 3 day course over 3 weeks.  

This course starts Friday 13th May and continues on Friday 20th & 27th May.  All dates are from 10:00am to 5pm.

The Power of Purpose

 The Power of Purpose is one of the most radical and innovative personal effectiveness courses ever developed.

 Unlike conventional goal-setting or time-management programmes the course uses an experiential learning process to reveal the hidden agendas that determine our effectiveness from inside.

You learn to master the key processes that either limit or enhance your creative abilities.

 You discover new ways to express your deepest life and work purposes, and how to bring them to bear on ordinary everyday tasks.

 You gain a new grasp of what lies behind your power as a leader to create, envision and achieve results.  This will transform your productivity and galvanise your ability to generate the results you really want.

Focused

Leaders on purpose are people who are focusing on specific, concrete results. They know how to connect their results with a personal vision that empowers them to maintain their focus over time.  You learn how to identify the particular issues and goals that are of significance to you and your organisation, and also how to sustain your focus, no matter what happens along the way.

Aware

Leaders on purpose are aware of their inner motives, as well as their resistances and their limitations. They know how to include this awareness in their response to everyday and new situations.

 As a leader you’ll discover how to deepen your personal awareness and apply it in action, so that the approach you use to achieve your results is constantly being developed and sharpened by events.

Correctable

 Leaders on purpose are not in-flexible or rigid, nor do they rely on formulas to try and deal with unexpected or unwanted developments.

 As a purposeful leader you learn to practice a willingness to let go of strategies that are not working. You learn to include the contributions of all your staff, partners and communities in creating what you set out to achieve.

Creative

 Leaders on purpose turn problems into opportunities. They do not get caught in demands or stress, but generate creative responses to the actual conditions they are dealing with.

 You’ll learn to recognise the signs of uncreative thinking, and you will practice the skill of developing spontaneous, focused and unexpected solutions.

Fulfilled

 Leaders on purpose enjoy what they do. Their work is a profound source of satisfaction, and as a result they manifest a powerful determination that nourishes their life, and inspires those they connect with.

 You’ll find out how to ground all your organisation’s plans in a sense of purpose that is meaningful to you, and experience a completely new kind of fulfilment from everything you undertake.

Getting on Purpose

The Power of Purpose is a course based on the principles of More To Life a programme of personal development courses, through which many thousands of people have learned to develop their creativity and increase their effectiveness over the past twenty years.

 Administered by the Kairos Foundation, a registered UK charity, the course is taught both in businesses and with private groups by licensed mentors on four continents of the world.

The course teaches a range of powerful tools that can be used for the rest of your work and personal life.  These tools look at how we can highlight inconsistencies and remove barriers that take us off purpose.  The course provides simple steps to really connect with your purpose and the results you want to create in the world. 

CPD Support Network

This course is accredited for CPD.  Additionally, one of the huge benefits of the course is to take on the mastery framework to practice the tools taught in the course.  Leader’s then have a powerful opportunity to develop their own mastery and share learning and as part of a wider group.  There is also the opportunity for participants to train to become course mentors themselves.

Session Format

This is an 18hr group course in 3 days over 3 weeks.  Each session builds on the whole as the course progresses, with assignments between sessions.   

The course is experiential in nature and much of the learning takes place in the group sessions both from the course material and participants sharing their experiences.

It is therefore crucial that participants commit to attending all sessions.
