This training is fully interactive and is delivered via Microsoft Teams by an experienced trainer, over two consecutive days. The course starts at 9am, with breaks at 11am, 1pm and 3pm, finishing at 4.30pm.

This course qualifies for twelve CPD training hours, plus additional independent post-course learning.
