ONLINE: The Animal Kingdom - Family Yoga Workshop

Join Emily and Charlotte for a magical adventure in the animal Kingdom.

This session is based on the book 'LOTS, The diversity of life on earth' by Nicola Davies.

About Emily & Charlotte:

Emily came to children’s yoga after 10 years working as a Primary School Teacher and Senco. She found yoga to be magical for children, especially those who are sensitive and needed to move. The combination of movement, adventure and mindfulness is just beautiful. Emily teaches yoga for additional needs and has co-written a bespoke 6 week course for families of children with additional needs which I deliver in schools and charities.  I am a Clinical Aromatherapist, Massage Therapist, Angelic Reiki Master, Pilates Teacher and Guided Meditation Leader.

Emily does a range of aromatherapy workshops and healing dance workshops linked to the energetic body and healing. She also does holistic coaching with parents and chakra healing work online and in 1:1 sessions.

Charlotte is a professional dance artist and 400 hour RYT, her training includes baby yoga, toddler yoga and children's yoga.

Since graduating from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance (NSCD, July 2017) Charlotte has continued to develop a practice that feeds from the accessibility, mindfulness and joy that movement brings. She specializes in working with early years and children with additional needs and works with organisations such as NSCD and Yorkshire Dance to deliver classes online and across West Yorkshire.

You can read more about Charlotte, and join her weekly, online Yoga classes through Amala Movement.
