About this event

This session is for trustees of village halls and community buildings who are concerned that their governing document (constitution) has become difficult to work with over time or the way the organisation operates is no longer in line with its governing document.

It will cover what amendments can be made to governing documents and the steps that need to be taken to make those amendments.

There will be opportunities for discussion and questions during the session. You will also be able to find out more about the support offered by Cheshire Community Action.

Please register by clicking the button and following the instructions.

A zoom link to join the session will be emailed to registered attendees before the event.
