No worries. I record the sessions and you'll get the recording and extra videos to help.

Do I need to have my camera on?

No. I want you to be comfortable in your own space. You can always unmute or ask questions in the chat.

You don't need much space to twerk. It's helpful to have a wall or chair nearby for practicing some techniques.

Anything you feel comfortable and confident in, but I recommend a loose material shorts or leggings. You want to be able to feel your bum jiggle.

Nope. Come as you are and let me teach you. This class is also great for those who know the basics but want more practice and variety.

This class is more about techniques, so there will be no choreo to learn.
