If you're interested in learning to twerk, jiggle and enjoy moving your body, then you've come to the right place.

Join me for online twerk course for beginners and improvers on Sundays at 7pm BST live on Zoom. You'll learn how to move the booty, enjoy workouts to help you loosen your hips, and move your body to block negativity in the mind.

Each week we'll focus on a different way to move. I'll be going over the foundations, and techniques so you can learn new ways to move your body. There are lots of workouts included to help improve your flexibility, agility and cardio. I'll break down the moves step by step so you can feel confident in having the foundations to keep progressing.

It costs £40 for the full course, or £12 if you book each class individually. There is also a new £65 option which will includes an online 121 class that will follow the end of the course (see FAQs for more information).

These classes are perfect for beginners and improvers who want some variety. It's also great for those who just want to dance, shake and jiggle.

  • 27 July - Wining techniques, intro to twerk and posture
  • 3 Aug - Up, Down and Side to Side
  • 10 Aug - Drill and Combos
  • 17 Aug - Drills, combos and musicality

Frequently asked questions

Do I need twerk experience?

No you don't, come as you are and let me teach you.

What if I can't attend live?

Not to worry. The classes are recorded and you'll receive the recording with extra helpful videos.

Do I need to have my camera on?

Yes, it helps me understand how people are getting on. You'll never be singled out unless I want you to know how great you're doing. This is a safe space and everyone online wants you to succeed, especially me. If this makes you uncomfortable, and you'd rather have cameras off then let me know.

What are the benefits of twerking?

Strengthen muscle in just about every part of your body and sculpt, tone and strengthen your glutes. Dancing helps improve balance, flexibility, and coordination. Twerking can boost your confidence and help you appreciate how amazing your body is.

What should I wear?

Whatever you're comfortable in. Avoid tight fitting clothes so you can feel the booty bouncing and jiggling. Free the booty but come comfy. Knee pads are not required unless told otherwise.

What does the £65 ticket option include?

This option is for anyone who wants some more accountability and support at the end of the course. There are only 10 of these tickets available. You will need to attend the live classes OR have completed all 4 recordings before being able to schedule an online 121.
