If you're interested in learning to twerk, jiggle and enjoy moving your body, then you've come to the right place.
Join me for online twerk course for beginners and improvers on Sundays at 7pm BST live on Zoom. You'll learn how to move the booty, enjoy workouts to help you loosen your hips, and move your body to block negativity in the mind.
Each week we'll focus on a different way to move. I'll be going over the foundations, and techniques so you can learn new ways to move your body. There are lots of workouts included to help improve your flexibility, agility and cardio. I'll break down the moves step by step so you can feel confident in having the foundations to keep progressing.
It costs £40 for the full course, or £12 if you book each class individually. There is also a new £65 option which will includes an online 121 class that will follow the end of the course (see FAQs for more information).
These classes are perfect for beginners and improvers who want some variety. It's also great for those who just want to dance, shake and jiggle.
