About this Event
A time dedicated to you, encouraging you to take time to connect to your mind, body, soul and heart. Basim Yafai at Velocity Life & Fitness and Simone Round at Shape Up with Simone are going to give you a welcoming, relaxed and safe space with Fitness for all abilities and life coaching talks based around giving you amazing information and tools for you to live a happier life.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an ongoing Event starting on the Sunday 7th February 2021. Our Event will run every 2 weeks during the National England Lockdown Period.
BASIM YAFAI, 34 years old. Life Coach/NLP-Neuro Linguistics Practitioner, Motivational Speaker & Vegan Fitness Coach. The owner/coach of ‘Velocity Life & Fitness’ covering the West Midlands, Staffordshire & Worcestershire.
Basim supports individuals, people in education and the corporate World. One of the most driven people you will ever meet.
His goal is to share wisdom with everyone around him. Supporting people through life coaching, fitness and nutrition. He believes these 3 are connected, which he likes to call the 3 pillars of life, with our Brain Health (Complete Wellbeing) being the most important.

SIMONE ROUND has come from the entertainment industry after 7 years working for Disney & Butlins. In her journey she found her love for fitness & health . A personal trainer of 3 years with a Science and Therapy certified . Enabling you to tune into your body and knowing what it needs . I strongly believe in a strong mind, strong body mindset . I like to work with my clients physically to help mental well-being . Recently studying a mindfulness diploma has helped me and my clients focus on being present and using coping techniques during these hard times, from breath work to visualisation meditation . Offering online classes , PTs and outdoor sessions being able to connect body and mind .

An amazing end to your week and it will set you up for the start of your purpose in life.... We will get together for you to rest, restore, recharge and have some time for self-reflection.
Nourish the body, heart, mind, and soul.
START - Quick Introduction
- 12-15 minutes of HITT/Fitness (For ALL abilities and ages) including a little challenge to finish
- 2-5 minutes to get some refreshments and a pen/note pad. Then you can relax.
- Some short Breath Work to get you nice and relaxed
- LOCKDOWN- How life has changed through Lockdown & how we must adapt
- Wellbeing Topics in this area (including our Fears, Loneliness, Anxiety, Depression)
- Routine, Goals, Reflection & ways of coping - How important routine is
- Q&A - Your chance to ask anything
- 5 minutes of Visualisation Relaxation & Guided Meditation to finish
