At this time of uncertainty, Kirsty invites you to this women’s workshop where we will connect on Zoom from the comfort of your own home. Together we will use powerful and practical techniques to find balance, a sense of feeling centred and an ability to trust in ourselves, each other and the universe. Knowing that we can gracefully find our way through the turbulent times & come out stronger and more aligned.

Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) - re-wires the brain out of panic and and calms down the nervous system so you can find peace and calm in any storm - Kirsty will take you through accessible techniques.

We will also take part in a Group Hypnotherapy and visualisation - find a place of safety and comfort within your heart and mind to return to no matter what happens around you
