Summary: This session explores the changes that we experience at different times of the year and the impact that the seasons can have on our wellbeing and what we can do to boost our mood.
Aim: By the end of this session you will:
· Recognise our existing fabulousness
· Understand the changes that affect our body and wellbeing at this time of year
· Learn about the wellbeing grid and the impact of stress
· Identify ways to support your own wellbeing and boost your mood

Facilitator: Cath Barton, Learning Facilitator and Coach, Boo Consulting
Cath has a background in person centred and community approaches having gained much experience working across health and social care and has a passion for supporting individuals and teams to flourish.
Cath has recently completed her Masters Degree in Social Pedagogy Leadership which focusses on relational practice, learning, wellbeing and growth and uses this within her role to support people to recognise and develop their gifts, skills and contributions to achieve their full potential. Cath supports Team Boo through delivery of our wellbeing programmes.
