Join online to learn simple and effective ways to manage anxiety and boost your self-confidence.
This workshop provides an accessible and practical introduction to anxiety—what it is, why it happens, and how it affects us.
The word cope can sometimes seem like a negative thing. An acceptance of wider issues that contribute to anxiety or feeling tired of constinously "coping". In fact, to cope, means to deal successfully with difficult situations.
The session offers evidence-based strategies for managing symptoms, improving emotional regulation, and building resilience through changes in behaviour patterns and shifts in mindset.
I aim to empower attendees with knowledge, support, and real-world skills they can use immediately to improve their well-being.
With 20 places per workshop we hope to create a comfortable and relaxed envronment that gives every attendee the opportunity to ask specific questions.
