Will I need anything for the workshop?

It would be useful to find out the full names of your parents, grandparents and great grand parents as well as their places and dates of birth. Write down what you know or can find out and bring this along. You can include those that raised you if they weren't your birth parents too.

Join Nic Johnson, a Family Constellations Facilitator, as she introduces ways to connect to our ancestors and start to feel their support.

Come and join us for this workshop where we find simple ways to connect with our ancestors. Nic shares her experience of having an ancestors altar in her home, feeling the connection with family members from generations before and how this can be supportive in our daily lives. Family Constellations facilitator Nic Johnson will bring ritual and learning from this practice to share. If you want to find out more about family constellations and experience representing family members of other family systems there will be opportunity to do this too.
