About this Event

Wellbeing Workshops are based around the themes of MOVE, CONNECT, PAUSE, SHIFT and CREATE and are ways of exploring how to take care of your wellbeing in these 5 areas. To do this workshop you must live in SHEFFIELD (UK) and be in Year 7 - Year 13. To find out more click here:

This is part 3 of a series of 3 workshops around the theme of friendships. You are welcome to attend just 1 or all of the 3 different workshops. The workshops will include optional discussion, activities, games and stories to get the conversation going.

Workshop 3: Friends: Having genuine relationships

Looking into the importance of having and building genuine friendships. We will recognise the differences in friendships we have and want and how we can build stronger and deeper connections. We will provide positive tools to help you recognise the people that encourage and build you up!
