This session is for HR and ER professionals and managers and leaders

Summary: In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, change is inevitable, but how it’s managed can make all the difference to employee wellbeing, engagement, and departmental/service survival and growth. This webinar is designed for HR managers and professionals who play a crucial role in guiding their people through transitions, both large and small.

This session will explore the theories of compassionate change, a people-first approach that recognises the emotional and psychological impact change can have on staff. We will look at how HR can embed compassion into change programmes to build trust, support resilience, and maintain performance, as well as tools post change to recognise the shadow cast from change. Also exploring how individuals work together during the turbulence of transformation, in a way that doesn’t endanger the individual or workplace culture.

Aim: By the end of this session, attendees will:

• Have a deeper understanding of the complexities and challenges of navigating change in the workplace.

• Gain insight into how workplace culture either accelerates or obstructs change.

• Understand the human response to change, how employee's resistance may mask their attachment, fear or grief.

• Understand the impact and influence HR have on leaders during compassionate change

• Gain insight into a number of tools to use ahead, during and post change to keep people connected to the purpose of change.
