Jo has over 20 years’ experience in senior and strategic roles leading organisational development, business transformation and change management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and an certified Executive Coach.
Jo works with organisations to support the development and delivery of the people strategy, ensuring alignment to business objectives, developing culture change programmes and delivering leadership development solutions that add value and achieve impact and improve business performance through people.
