Zing 365 Online Workshops - All you need to know

Our online workshops are a digital replica of a traditional training room but without the inconvenience and cost of having to travel. Our expert trainers will deliver the sessions in real-time and just like face-to-face workshops, there will be plenty of activity, information sharing and group discussions to keep you engaged throughout. You will be asked to complete activities before, during and after the workshop to maximise and embed your learning. The session will also be recorded, so you can refresh your knowledge after the event.

Please book via this event page and we will send you the online workshop login details prior to the event. App downloads will not be required, all you need is the internet and audio to enjoy this interactive learning experience.


Online Workshop Summary

The ability to positively influence and negotiate effectively is needed in all organisations. Negotiating not only secures efficient financial deals but also creates partnerships and successful working relationships. Participants learn about both the psychology and disciplines of negotiating so that they can create acceptable ‘win-win’ situations. The emphasis of this course is on positive assertive influencing.

During this 90-minute high-impact session participants learn both the psychology and disciplines of negotiating so that they can create acceptable ‘win-win’ situations. The emphasis of this course is on positive assertive influencing.

* When and how to negotiate

* Face to face trading skills - assertiveness

* How to use trading currencies effectively

* Using the M.I.L negotiating format

* Communications skills

* Closing the negotiation

* Win-win outcomes

What's the refund policy?

You can cancel a booking for an event as a Business, Gold, Silver or Bronze member of Zing365 as follows;

  • Cancel 10 working days or more before the event - You are permitted to transfer to an alternative event as part of your membership sessions.
  • Cancel less than 10 working days before the event and the event counts as one of your membership sessions.

No refunds or transfers will be given for non-attendance.   

You can cancel a booking for an event as a fee-paying attendee as follows;

  • Cancel 28+ days before the course - Full refund of course fee or option to transfer to an alternative event
  • Cancel 11-28 days before the course - 75% of course fee will be refunded or option to transfer to an alternative event
  • Cancel 1-10 days before the course - No refund will be permitted and you are unable to transfer to an alternative event

No refunds or transfers will be given for non-attendance.
