Summary: During this session, with Andrew Davidson of Hempsons, we will explore the concept of neurodiversity, discussing conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. We will look at the Equality Act 2010 to consider the different types of discrimination. Participants will learn about how the duty to make reasonable adjustments might be applied.

· Understand what neurodiversity is and the range of conditions it covers

· Understanding disability discrimination (including reasonable adjustments) under the Equality Act 2010
