Summary: This session was created following a few cases whereby neurodiversity was a pattern and theme merging from the cases. There was a lack of understanding with the team and wider stakeholders regarding the impact on a Resident Doctor and their neuro condition. I started to attend webinars, engaged with Resident Doctors for feedback, and joined a number of neurodiversity awareness sessions in order to see how neurodiversity impacts on Resident Doctors and their training.
