Overview

Join Reward Gateway Edenred for a practical session exploring how healthcare organisations can strengthen engagement, wellbeing & retention

PLEASE NOTE this is for HPMA members only

This session is for People and Reward and Recognitions leaders that need to drive more impactful engagement across their workforce.

Summary: Join Reward Gateway | Edenred for a practical session exploring how healthcare organisations can strengthen engagement, wellbeing and retention in an increasingly pressured system.

Drawing on fresh research from more than 1,100 UK public sector employees, including hundreds across health care, we’ll uncover why many NHS staff feel committed to their work but disconnected from their organisation, and what HR leaders can do to close this trust gap.

Discover:

· Practical solutions to build trust and recognition into daily practice

· How to design recognition that supports resilience and retention

· Lessons from public service organisations and leaders already evolving their approach

· An open discussion on what we can do next

This webinar will also share an evidence-based framework built around four high-impact actions: meaningful recognition, wellbeing as performance, benefits that meet real needs and engagement rooted in dialogue.

Attendees will learn how to embed these approaches into everyday practice, even amid fiscal and workforce pressures, and how targeted changes can drive measurable improvements in morale, connection and performance.

Led by Colin Hogson, Director for Reward Gateway|Edenred, this session is designed for People and Reward and Recognitions leaders that need to drive more impactful engagement across their workforce.
