Summary:

In this session we will discuss the cultural aspects of leading staff through change and are delighted to be able to welcome a speaker from another sector to share their experience of leading large scale, strategic change in challenging environments.


Aim: This workshop is designed to help you explore and appreciate cultural apects of change and it's effects in organisations.
