Yin Yoga with Yoga Nidra is the perfect way to step out of your stressful life and slow down. The long, passive poses give you time to listen to your body, releasing tension and calming your mind. The deep stretch also penetrates the connective tissue in areas so many of us have trouble reaching.
Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues in the body which are difficult to energize and open. The guided relaxation at the end provides even further rejuvenation, leaving you totally recharged.
How to prepare for online classes:
-Download the zoom app( it’s free)
-Once you have booked the class you will receive a link to join in
-If you have a weekly pass you will receive all the links for every day in the evening
-If you have any inquiries that I am not aware please let me know on nadezhdabocheva@gmail.com before the class
-You have the choice to have your video on or off
-Find space you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the class
-You can have a candle or incense burning
-Put your phone on silence/ airplane mode
-Place your yoga mat ( if you have a block or belt too)
-Have a small pillow and blanket ready for savasana
-Most Importantly enjoy
