Yoga Class to move and unwind
When: Tuesday, 6:30pm-7:30pm

Join us for an online yoga class for people newer to the practice. This is an hour-long practice which will take you through both playful and restful yoga asanas, to potentially get you back in your body after a day in your head. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose.
This class requires the ability to move from seated to standing using your own strength. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or cushion (to sit on, or to pop under sensitive knees), and yoga blocks (top tip: big hardback books can be great substitute blocks!)
This class is suitable for beginners, and a great way to dip your toe into everything yoga has to offer.
This class is hosted via Zoom, so make sure you've set up an account ahead of time. Keeping your video on during class is completely optional, and is just there if you'd like verbal cues tailored to your experience.
