Join us for gentle, therapeutic online yoga classes designed to support mobility, stability, and overall wellbeing as we age.
Taught by an experienced yoga therapist and embodiment specialist with over ten years working with seniors, these sessions offer a thoughtful blend of movement, breath work, and somatic awareness. Each class is tailored to the needs of those attending, with an emphasis on safety, adaptability, and holistic health.
Rather than focusing on achieving specific poses, the practice encourages mindful movement, helping to:

Just a comfortable space to move, a chair if you'd like one, and anything else that helps you feel supported — such as a cushion, blanket, yoga mat, belt, or blocks. You can also make do with what you have around you, so no need to buy anything specifically.
