In Sync: The Producer Manager partnership hosted by Ceebeaats and Chan Gibbons

Session 2: September 23rd 7:30PM - 8:30PM (BST)

Join MOBO-nominated producer Ceebeaats - nominated for Best Producer in 2025 and her manager Chan Gibbons for an open and interactive conversation to explore what it takes to design a sustainable music practice. From money and management to creativity and collaboration, they’ll break down the wins, the challenges, and the lessons learned on the road to building a lasting career. For artists, producers, and aspiring managers looking to grow and build together.

Artist Bios: Ceebeaats (artist) At just 22 years old, UK-based producer Ceebeaats is already reshaping the global soundscape. Known for her genre-blending style across Amapiano, Drill, Afropop, and Dance, she’s produced for Tyla, Busta Rhymes, Digga D, AJ Tracey, Rayvanny, Diamond Platnumz, and more. She broke through at 16 with Digga D’s Gold-certified, MOBO-nominated single “Woi”, the best-selling UK Drill track of 2020. This success led to a Complex spotlight. Her production work has spanned from AJ Tracey’s Fire in the Booth and Miss La Familia, to campaigns for Ellesse x Hypebeast, Adidas x Abbey Road Studios, and her Splice Sonder Kit release. She was named a DJ Mag Best Breakthrough Producer nominee and featured in YouTube’s Gifted & Black: Women in Music. In 2023, she expanded globally—charting at #2 in Germany with Kolja Goldstein, composing music for the Netflix/BBC series Champion, and earning recognition as an FL Studio Power User. 2024 brought more milestones: co-producing “Stand Up” (ft. Jnr Choi) on Busta Rhymes’ Blockbusta and “Safer” by Tyla—a highlight of her Billboard-topping debut album with over 1 billion streams. She also produced “Zazazela” for Rayvanny, Iyanya & Zaba and “Shake” with Jnr Choi. In 2025, Ceebeaats was nominated for MOBO Best Producer and co-produced “Moonshine” with Vito Bambino, adding to her growing international acclaim. With a fearless ear and a global vision, Ceebeaats isn’t just producing hits—she’s leading the next generation of producers.

Chan Gibbons (manager) Chan Gibbons is a versatile music manager, artist and producer whose journey began behind the mic as a backing vocalist for international acts including Florence and the Machine and Mariah Carey. Transitioning into a solo career, Chan brings the same depth, precision and passion from the background to the forefront of her own artistry. Alongside her solo work, Chan manages MOBO - nominated producer Ceebeats

Live Coding - Resilience and response hosted by Roxanne Harris “alsoknownasrox”

Session 3 : October 7th 7:30PM - 8:30PM (BST)

In this workshop, Roxanne Harris (alsoknownasrox) will introduce her practice of live coding- a performance approach where music and visuals are created and transformed in real time through writing code. Drawing on her background in computer science, music, and design, Roxanne will share insights into how coding can be used as a tool for improvisation, collaboration, and resilience in creative work. Participants will get a behind-the-scenes look at her process, explore themes of transparency and response in algorithmic art, and be invited to engage in a short, accessible interactive exercise to experience the principles of live coding for themselves. No prior coding or music experience is required — just curiosity and openness.

Artist Bio: Roxanne Harris “alsoknownasrox” is a new media artist-researcher and musician-programmer based in Los Angeles. Embracing programming as an artistic medium, she parameterizes on-the-fly, pushing the boundaries of improvisational dexterity within computational limitations. Her work invites audiences to engage the creative process as it unfolds, embracing vulnerability and exploring speculative futures through algorithmic transparency.
