Only That — A Ceremony of Silence Beyond Form

Welcome to a unique online event where we explore the depths of silence beyond any physical form. Join us for a transformative experience that transcends words and embraces the power of stillness. This ceremony invites you to connect with your inner self and discover the profound peace that lies within. Let go of distractions and immerse yourself in the beauty of pure silence. Embrace this opportunity to journey beyond the limitations of the physical world and tap into the infinite realm of the soul. Are you ready to embark on this profound exploration of the self? Join us for Only That and experience the magic of silence like never before.

Beloved soul family,

After awakening to the I Am, merging into the We Are, and dissolving within We Are That, we now arrive at the still point — Only That.

This is the space beyond doing, beyond becoming — the silence that remains when all names, sounds, and identities fall away.

In this gathering, there is nothing to reach for and nothing to release. There is only the gentle resting in what has always been.

You are invited to surrender into this living silence — to let awareness rest in awareness itself.

In This Ceremony, You Will

• Enter a field of deep stillness through breath and guided silence.

• Experience the Empty Bowl ritual — symbol of pure receptivity and the formless.

• Rest in collective presence where sound fades into timeless quiet.

• Receive a transmission of silence and subtle sound to integrate the shift.

• Leave expanded, grounded, and luminous in simplicity.

Symbol

An empty bowl — the vessel of no-thingness.

It represents the open heart, the mind emptied of striving, the space through which all creation flows.

Please bring:

• A small empty bowl (glass, wood, or ceramic)

• A candle

• A comfortable space for sitting or lying down

Key Statement

“Only That.”

Preparation for ‘Only That’

This ceremony invites you into profound stillness. Prepare gently — not to achieve, but to allow.

1. Prepare Your Space

• Choose a quiet, peaceful space where you can remain undisturbed for the full hour.

• Dim the lights or use soft, natural lighting.

• Have your empty bowl placed before you. It can be made of glass, wood, or ceramic — clean, clear, and open.

• Optionally, light a candle nearby to represent the silent flame of awareness.

2. Prepare Your Body

• Wear soft, comfortable clothing.

• Sit or lie down so your body can fully relax without tension.

• Eat lightly beforehand or wait until after the ceremony.

3. Prepare Your Mind & Heart

• Spend a few minutes in silence before joining.

• Let go of any intention to “experience” or “understand.”

• Simply open inwardly with the inner prayer:

“May I rest as That which never moves.”

4. Bring to the Ceremony

• Empty Bowl — symbol of formless receptivity

• Candle ( for gentle presence)

• Water (for grounding afterwards)

• Notebook or journal (for post-ceremony reflections)

Aftercare — Integrating Silence

The Only That ceremony can open vast quiet spaces within. Afterwards, it’s important to integrate softly, without rushing back into noise or stimulation.

1. Rest in Simplicity

• Stay in silence for a few minutes after the event ends.

• Notice how awareness continues without effort.

2. Ground Through the Body

• Drink water, stretch gently, or step outside into nature.

• Feel the earth beneath your feet — awareness embodied.

3. Journal or Sit in Stillness

• Record what you felt or saw, but keep it simple — sometimes words are not needed.

• Or simply sit quietly and let the stillness write itself through you.

4. Gentle Re-Entry

• Avoid screens, loud sounds, or deep conversations for at least 30 minutes after.

• Let silence be your companion as you return to ordinary life.

5. Ongoing Practice

For the days following, pause often and breathe this remembrance:

“Even this — Only That.”

I look forward to seeing you there!
