Our penultimate workshop of this years Open Accelerator is focused on Sales.
Selling a digital or technology product is no mean feat, it takes time, dedication and expertise, but we’re here to help. From starting up to scaling up, we have you covered with Business Planning, Marketing, Branding and Operations.

You’ll have the opportunity to drastically accelerate the growth of your business, as well as meet with fellow entrepreneurs going along the same journey, and some of the leading experts in the industry.

Eligibility:
Workshops are open to SMEs and Sole Traders located in Dorset - and who have not previously received 12 hours of support or a grant from Silicon South, Dorset Growth Hub, The Arts Development Company, Outset, Getset or Dormen. If you are unsure if you have received support, please contact us before completing your application.
The workshops are free to attend – thanks to funding from the European Regional Development Fund.
About the Open Accelerator
SiSo's "Open Accelerator Programme" returns for it's fourth series!
The Open Accelerator delivers 10 workshops over 10 weeks to help startups, scale ups or businesses launching new products consider every angle of their new venture.
Each workshop explores a vital aspect of planning, building and launching a product or service. We explain the scope, the aims and the rules of each topic and show you how you apply them to your business. We’ll give you tools and templates to follow to make it as simple as possible to give your launch the best chance of success.
The complete course makes essential learning for any startup, but it’s called an ‘Open’ accelerator as you’re free to drop into any of the workshops as you think apply to you most, also we'll provide 1-2-1 advice from business experts and entrepreneurs for those companies joining the whole programme. This includes:
- Create a business plan that’s robust, realistic and takes into account all the angles
- Value Proposition – Understand what motivates customers to buy your product – psychology of your customer
- Create a product your buyers can’t resist – Blue Ocean Strategies
- Do the Research – Turning assumptions into facts
